It’s still up for debate if an oatmeal cookie should or should not include
raisins. We believe in ditching those shriveled grapes and instead

cookie connoisseur, Lindsey Scivolette, leads her team of baking
gnomes who are deeply committed to crafting gluten-free cookies
that don't just meet dietary needs but exceed expectations in
flavor and fun. Classically trained in baking & pastry with over a
dozen years of industry experience, she primed to change how
you view and consume gluten-free cookies!
For a little additional texture, in 2015 Lindsey was diagnosed with
gluten and lactose intolerance which changed her perspective on
baking (although she still has trouble giving up butter).
The options she found easily available in stores and local bakeries
were typically dry, crumbly and overly sweet. And to be honest,
they just never truly hit the spot. Gluten-free gets a bad rap but
Lindsey is on a mission to change that tune and, perhaps, even fool
the taste buds of your gluten-loving friends.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER
At this time we accept cookie orders for customers located only in the state of New York. Click
here to order.
DO YOU ACCEPT EVENT OR CORPORATE ORDERS?
We sure do! We’ll work with you on flavours and packages to create a custom order just for
your event. We will need at least 10 days notice for large event or corporate orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand plans change. If you need to change the date or details of your order, just send
us an email with your Order Number in the subject heading to wildflourhv@gmail.com with
your amendments. Please note we cannot make changes to your order within 72 hours. We do
not accept cancellations within 7 days nor support refunds during this period. Please wait to
hear from us with a confirmation of your changes, noting the only place we accept order
amendments is in writing, via email.
